As a person who likes to keep a lot of paper mementos, I got into journaling and scrapbooking a couple of years ago. I enjoy having a book that I can decorate and express myself. The next pictures show pages from past journals I embellished.

Memory Junk Journal
I had a bag filled with random paper scraps from business cards, flyers, stickers, etc. One day, a few years ago, I decided to make a junk memory journal, taping these paper goods and writing any memories that were tied to them. It was a great exercise to free my mind and a great use of random paper goods.
